Shipping Policy

 Most Orders Over $199.00 Ship Free! 

 

 

  • Standard Delivery is approximately 2-7 business days.
  • We ship Monday - Friday. 
  • Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Applies to standard UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, Home Delivery or other carriers subject to most competitive pricing at time of order within the continental United States. 

  • Free shipping offer NOT valid on International orders. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are considered International Shipping Delivery restrictions apply*

  • Does NOT apply to some oversized items (Paddleboards, Inflatables, Kayaks, Golf Clubs, Coolers and Chairs). These items may have higher fixed shipping costs.

  • We reserve the right to require a signature on orders. 

  •  All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or other carriers subject to most competitive pricing at time of order. 

  • All orders are shipped from our Vermont location. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information for your package via email.

Free In-Store Pickup

 

  • Pick up your order in our South Burlington, VT location: Choose “in store pickup” as your shipping option. 
  • NOTE - VT Sales Tax is charged on in-store pickups of any taxable merchandise. Essential products like clothing, for example, are non-taxable but items like ski or golf equipment are taxable.

 

 

 

International Customers

  • We ship to Canada if allowed by the vendor.
    International shipping is via UPS, FedEx Ground or other carriers subject to most competitive pricing at time of order. 

  • International shipping time is approximately 3-10 business days.

  • Free shipping is not offered on International orders. 

  • Shipping costs do not include taxes, brokerage fees and duties.
    Taxes, brokerage fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Shipping Information

 

  • We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, we require a physical address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  •  We do our best to ship orders the same business day that they are received, however orders will ship at the latest the next business day of receipt (Mon-Fri). We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive tracking information via email to track the status of your order.

  • Please check your spam/bulk mail folder for the email or email us at contact@alpineshopvt.com for the tracking number. 

  • Please note that all alpine ski and binding systems purchased from Alpine Shop will be shipped unmounted.  

  •  We offer expedited shipping options for a fee. Please add items to the cart and enter your shipping zip code for rate and delivery information.

  • Alpine Shop does not ship orders C.O.D. We are happy to accept a payment method through our secure website or by telephone.

     

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • A shipping provider may require a signature depending on your delivery location.

  • Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier and leaves our shop it becomes your property. In the event that a package is lost or stolen. 

  • Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the tracking number and product with our designated carrier.
