Free In-Store Pickup
- Pick up your order in our South Burlington, VT location: Choose “in store pickup” as your shipping option.
- NOTE - VT Sales Tax is charged on in-store pickups of any taxable merchandise. Essential products like clothing, for example, are non-taxable but items like ski or golf equipment are taxable.
International Customers

We ship to Canada if allowed by the vendor.

Additional Shipping Information
- We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, we require a physical address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- We do our best to ship orders the same business day that they are received, however orders will ship at the latest the next business day of receipt (Mon-Fri). We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

A shipping provider may require a signature depending on your delivery location.

Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier and leaves our shop it becomes your property. In the event that a package is lost or stolen.

Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the tracking number and product with our designated carrier.
