We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, exchange or submit a warranty issue please review the guidelines below.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are:
New and unused
In original packaging
Accompanied by all original tags and accessories
The following items are not eligible for return:
Worn, used, or damaged merchandise
Mounted skis and snowboards
Used ski boots or footbeds
Swimwear
Items discounted 50% or more (Final Sale)
Ski Boots & Footwear
Unused and unmodified ski boots and footwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Mounted Skis
Mounted skis are considered final sale and may only be returned if there is a verified manufacturing defect or approved warranty claim.

Please include a copy of your order receipt including your order number. Returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase.

Please return items in their original packaging and place that packaging inside an exterior shipping box. We cannot accept binding boxes with return labels attached directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries may be subject to a $35 restocking fee to cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? Simply return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. New orders are subject to current pricing and availability.

Warranty Information
We are happy to assist with the product warranty process whenever possible. Many manufacturers provide warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage and approval are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Before Submitting a Warranty Claim
Many manufacturers can process warranty claims directly, which may result in a faster resolution and lower shipping costs. We recommend checking the manufacturer's website first to review their warranty policy and claim procedures.
What Is Typically Covered?
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. Please note that warranty approval is always at the discretion of the manufacturer.
What Is Not Covered?
The following are generally not covered under warranty:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage, including chipped topsheets and sun fading
Damage caused by impacts with rocks, stumps, rails, boxes, or other obstacles
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper transport, or improper storage
Lost or missing hardware, accessories, or components
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
Clothing Warranty Claims
All clothing and apparel must be washed and cleaned prior to warranty submission.
Warranty Service Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping products to Alpine Shop for warranty evaluation. A $25 processing fee applies for Alpine Shop to ship warranty items to the manufacturer.

Proof of purchase
Product information
A description of the issue
Photos of the damage (when applicable)
Our team will review your submission and help guide you through the next steps.
