Shipping policy


Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $199!

Free shipping applies to standard ground service and is available on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States only.

Exclusions

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders only and excludes international shipments, orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, as well as oversized items such as golf clubs, coolers, and chairs. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Processing

Orders ship Monday through Friday from our South Burlington, VT location. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier service.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective delivery method. We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for certain orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at contact@alpineshopvt.com.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our South Burlington, Vermont location.

Simply select "In-Store Pickup" during checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Please note that applicable Vermont sales tax will be collected on taxable merchandise picked up in-store.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada when permitted by the manufacturer.

Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

Free shipping is not available on international orders.

Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges.

Any applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.

Special Product Information

All alpine skis and binding systems purchased from Alpine Shop are shipped unmounted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier. If a package is lost, delayed, or stolen after shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim as soon as possible.
